This course equips students with the skills needed to excel as a barista in a professional setting. The curriculum covers: 

• Training in coffee brewing techniques, including espresso, pour-over, and cold brew methods.
• Learning about the origins, varieties, and roasting processes of coffee beans.
• Understanding the art of milk frothing and creating latte art to enhance the coffee experience.
• Developing customer service skills specific to a café environment.
• Hands-on practice in operating coffee machines and managing a coffee bar.
